Our installation teams are provided with training to the highest standards. Priority is given to the safe handling of tools and equipment together with site safety and communication skills.

They are provided with fully equipped vehicles complete with fully tested tools, safety equipment, uniform and components to carry out a fast and high quality project.

All engineers are qualified for the safe handling of CFC, HCFC and HFC refrigerant gases. We also have engineers qualified to handle HC and ammonia refrigerants. All engineers, supervisors and managers carry CSCS 'Skillcards'.

In addition to other recognised industry training, we continuously monitor and train our staff taking advantage of manufactures training facilities, which has enabled us to become approved for most of the major equipment suppliers.
